question

Hi,

Sorry if this is a really stupid question but I'm not quite sure. I'm from the UK and I'm going to start the humaworm and and hu-mana-tea soon and the instructions for the tea say's to use distilled water. The only type of distilled water I can find at a superstore is Tetrosyl, they use it in steam irons. Is this the right stuff? Anybody from the UK out there, If there is could you tell me what you use please?

Or do the instructions just mean use boiled water?
