Osteopaenia-calciuim supplement

Other causes from nature ages and menopauses, what would be the causes of mild osteopaenia for a female who is still menstrating?

Meanwhile, I am just taking calcium supplement but experience problems:

Ostellin I feel hot after taking it with calcium caltrate 600
without D.and constipation So the doctor change to calcium
caltrate with vitamine D but i experince constipation

Meanwhile, I try Sandocal for the first time Calcium dissolved
in water 1000mg. I feel the taste is too salty for me and I am
worrying if it is fitted for me because i am having hypertenison
and on medication tritace 1.25 and ativan 0.5mg
The Sandocal is also prescribed by doctors

Can anyone receommend me a calcium supplement whereby i can o
vitamine D and calcium but with less chance of constipation
