How I used diet and research to reverse my sever Osteoporosis
I have developed over 200 low fat high calcium recipes and reviewed over 200 research studies from leading medical journals that I have used to help me with osteoporosis and heart disease. I am 85 years old and have been able to reverse my own osteoporosis with diet and exercise, even though my bone density test showed I was in the spontaneous fracture zone and I was told I would be in a wheel chair the rest of my life.
I now have bone density in the safety zone and, exercise over 40
minutes each day and live a very active life.
Also I have been able to help my husband reverse his heart disease, strokes and fight dementia through diet. On my home page I have listed a number of recipes for people to try and research studies for people to review.
