Day 19 of 21 day water fast...in the homestretch!

Hello everyone!
I've been undercover reading posts and gaining support and finally mustered up the energy to write a message myself. I want to thank all for sharing their experiences as it's helped me maintain my Water Fasting goals. Especially the discussion regarding nausea as it hit me pretty hard four (4) days ago and lasted as long. It was not fun, but I hung in there. Today I'm feeling much better! And regaining my energy. I'm also writing as it seems this last homestretch is the toughest. I went to the food co-op yesterday to pick up my produce for juicing to break the fast and although I was fine in the store, it seems it reminded me aha! there's food in the fridge. I also recognize as soon as I take that first sip of juice it will be important to remain as disciplined with my post fast goals as I was on this fast. The true test right? I have completed extended master cleanses, green juice fasts and short Water Fasts in the past. I'm a 90% raw vegan/10% cooked vegan. This is the first time I was able to get this far with a Water Fast and I feel excited. I have not weighed myself, this was mostly for boosting my health, clearing more dead tissue/toxins from my system and to shrink 3 plum sized uterine fibroids. I feel that they are probably about the size of peas now...woo hoo! And with my refeeding/juicing plan, I know I will completely heal myself of them.

Just want to give a shout out to water fasting. I'm so glad I discovered this miraculous healing modality and it's so wonderful to share it with you. Thank you all again for sharing your wisdom and insight, especially Chris.
