Hell yeah! I found this out when i decided to put some urine on my penis to make it soft like it had for skin and 2 hours later damn i was so horny haha i do it everyday now im sure its androgens in the urine multiply as it ages but after 8 days the effects decrease 4-8 day old urine does it. The only thing that make sense to me is most of the androgen receptors are located near the genetils so perhaps the hormones go strait to the receptors and the effects increase 10 fold?
