Re: Teas?

Peppermint: Sip as a tea or look for enteric-coated capsules of peppermint extract. Enteric-coated means that the capsules pass through the stomach and are broken down in the small intestine. Peppermint is said to reduce flatulence, gas, and nausea.
Ginger: Giner root as a tea or supplement helps nausea, diarrhea, indigestion, and colic.
Chamomile: Sip chamomile tea at the first sign of tummy upset to soothe and calm a rolling stomach. It helps resolve nausea and stomach aches
