You could well be right. I did a quick google on that and it seems to mention
only fats.

Then the question remains...what sort of protein? Apparently meats have fats
actually within the meat so I presume that would trigger the bile salts.

I'm sure there are others who are a lot more knowledgeable on this who may be
able to clarify.

I'd actually like to buy a video or dvd on this to understand how the digestive
