information with all of us.

question for those of us who are constipated though
(i.e. go less than once a day).

in my case I have been taken LBB for about a month now.
this does guarantee that I go daily now, at least once,
most likely several times though.
of couse when I do not take these, I become irregular again
..... (I guess I have not taken the LBB long enough for
my muscles to regain their normal fuction.)
(only reason I have stopped taken is I have run out and
am waiting for a new order to arrive).

in the colon book, the author and youself have stated that
it can take up to 9 months to clear out a colon with old
waste.

so, my question is with the digestive flush:
1. is it better to completely clear out the colon first,
using LBB, which could take up to 9 months,
and then do the digestive flush
NO, YOU CAN FLUSH NOW AND EVERY 3 DAYS IF YOU SO DESIRE TO FLUSH.....THE FLUSH CLEANS OUT THE BOWEL AS WELL AND THE LBB STRENGTHEN THE MUSCLES OF THE COLON SO THEY "RESTORE"
OR
2. if you are taking the LBB anyways, you can do it during
this 9 months process.
