Can someone help with my symptoms..is this arthritus?

Hi there

Ive recently been having symptoms which may be related to arthritus, i can live with it at the moment but, i want to do something incase it gets worse

I have been waking up with a stiff left hand. It doesn hurt, no pain..but feels stiff and feels better when i clench it as a fist.Ive noticed it gets worse when its cold (its winter here now)

Also i fracture my middle finger about 2 years ago and it never really healed, it still doesnt bend properly (only the tip) and is still and sometimes a bit painful when i use pressue on it.

In addition to my left hand - my right knee has also been stiff and lots of my joints constantly "click" - are these symptoms of arthritus? I also had sciatica in my right leg but this recently went away

Do i need a doctors diagnosis? I eat healthy , get flax oil, raw foods, juices.. i guess im worried about it getting worse and ending up with deformed hands like ive seen on the pictures


I just know that something is not "normal" in my body
