Re: First liver flush - no results

It is best to use the Epsom Salts . It relaxes all the ducts that will need to be open to get stones out. Also, it will induce diarhhea and you will be able to see the stones when they come out. You want to get the stones out as soon as you can to prevent your body from absorbing the toxins in the stones. You could have passed stones right in your bowel movement and not even known it. When you use Epsom Salts , make sure you have been drinking half your body weight in ounces of water for several days before you take the Epsom Salts . A 150# person needs 75 ounces of water daily.

You can get a cheap plastic colander and put it in the toilet. When you have a BM, just shake the colander and flush the toilet. The BM will pass through the colander and the stones will stay in the colander. This way, you can see the stones and if you want to save them you can. The stones can be saved by freezing them.

The easiest way to clean the colander after wards is to just pour a little bleach in the toilet and scrub it with your toilet brush. The bleach will get the olive oil out of the toilet, too.
