Sorry - no I have´nt tried this supplement nor any other for this "phenomena". But I do know that I was able to keep the hot flashes down to a minimum (and able to tolerate them) by cutting down on dairy products. No supplements needed.... thank God! In fact to this day I hardly eat dairy and when I do, I sense the added hormones some hours later.... usually in the early am - similar to the feeling one gets just before the hot flashes flood and heat up the body causing one to perspire profusely. For some reason, have´nt noticed this with yoghurt; I eat the plain one with some probiotics in fairly regularly.
