That are about 1/2 the size of a pea that occur on a persons shins(and several on the thigh)...they are areas where pigment is missing and they really show up after a person's legs have been exposed to the Sun...I see this on some people...one health practitioner told me "fungal" when I asked them about it...also I see alot of men that lose the hair on their shins, they say it is from the socks they where, but everyone wears socks and most men have hair on their shins. Would you have an opinion of what causes these small pigmentless spots on men's shins and the loss of body hair in this area(2 symptoms not always together).
