some times i take 5 steps frwd and 3 back
then 2 frwd and so on.....
my obsessive nature has gotten me in trouble before.
i am better tho and
i'm trying to pay attention,
slow down and
most important
stay awake.
i'ts people like you, that kept hangin in there with me and got my health back where it is, even if its not perfect. its better and for that i am grateful.
