Yes, there are two kinds of epsoms salts. One for internal, and one for external usage. The one that is for internal usage, will say "For use as a saline laxative." or something like that. Do not ingest the Epsom Salts which you have! It will not be pretty. Just go to a pharmacy and find the right one. It is very cheap.
