Now What? After the extraction of mercury filled tooth.

It's been always in the back of my mind to get rid of my four wisdom tooth but the MAMMON hold me back. All four of them mercury filled and about a couple years ago while doing the poor man chelation the mercury filling fall out of one of the teeth. That was really uncomfortable food goes in there and I have always to pick it.

Long story short last Saturday I heard that the Mission of Mercy (free dental care) was camped in my area about 50 miles away. I went there hoping just to get rid of the bad teeth --- Guess what? I talked the dentist into yanking all my four wisdom tooth. He did it in 30 minutes. Pronto! No complication! Wowee! Talk about MIRACLE! This is it! Thank you Jesus!

Today is 3rd day No pain but still on juicing and meshed veggie soups. For the pain I am taking Ibuprofen 800 & narcotic drug called Hydrocodone. These things are real good for now and also I am on Antibiotics (Amoxicillin 500).

Music to my ears --- no cost to me what so ever.

I know all this medicines have their woes but when in Rome Do as the Romans ---

My question is now what?
I am thinking to use cilantro hoping to get rid of some of the mercury because while the dentist was cutting, drilling and trying to suck whatever was there, still I am definitely sure I got a good share of the mercury in my system now.
