I 've read that the best way to clense the liver is with beet juice, it is so powerful that it must be used carefully. It detoxifies the liver so quickly it must be mixed with other juices so the toxins do not enter the bloodstream all at once.
Other vegies in the article were artichoke, radish, carrots, burdock root.
My question---has anyone tried the beet juice method?
Does anyone know the ramifications of doing it?
