Re: Last time posting this!

Michael:

Take a deep breath…lots of people have bad neck pain and they don’t die from it. I had tremendous and severe neck pain starting at age 16 for most my life and am now 67 years old. I now know how to deal with my particular problem and my neck is now pain free. There are a multiple of reasons this could happen. What you are describing could very well be as simple as a trigger point. That is a spot where the muscles and nerves get inflamed. It can be caused by stress or an overworked area, or even a lack of minerals in your diet. It’s a hard knot from which pain and numbness can radiate and can be deep inside the muscle. If that is what it is, the only way to get relief is to break up the knot by physical manipulation and it hurts like hell to break one up. You can do it yourself by messaging it, squeezing the areas with your fingers or even apply pressure with a tennis ball. Research trigger points to see if this is a possibility and to learn how to clear it. It could also be a pinched nerve; viruses don't spend their lives in just one sore spot for a four year period. Relax...you are still here after four years and as long as you are here, you have the potential learn and accomplish much, with or without having to deal with neck pain. You are stressing yourself out and making things worse.
