1. Buy an ozone generator. Dr. Katz has one for about $120. Drink ozonated water on an empty stomach every morning and evening.
2. Go on a STRICT anti-candida diet (NO SUGAR, NO WHITE FLOUR, NO YEAST, NO VINEGAR, NO FRUIT!!!!!)
3. Take probiotics (vegetarian)
4. Do enemas with ozonated water everyday for a while
5. Take ozonated baths
6. Exercise (SWEAT, SWEAT, SWEAT) infrared sauna
7. Drink 8-10 glasses of clean water
8. meditation/prayer
9. Eat certified organic
10. Take anti-fungals and anti-parasitic herb (pau d'arco, red clover flower, burdock root, etc. Alternating each week.
11. Buy a zapper an sleep with it to remove parasites
12. If you feel you have low stomach acid take Zypan by Standard Process with each meal.
13. Visualize yourself as healthy and happy
