You have to weigh things: sometimes it is too late to do LF. In your case it's 50/50, you can't be sure either way. Unless I am sure gallbladder is about to explode within hours I still would try LF. I would stop eating of course, wait few hours and proceed with dr. Clark's protocol. But that's ony my oppinion
