I have been waiting for someone to respond to your post, because I get the same thing.
A while back, I wondered if it was fat in the intestines that was coming out. Don't they make soap from fats??? I think I read this somewhere.
A bit fanciful, but I wanted an explanation.
Hopefully someone will reply to our posts.
