Eliminating decaying intestinal matter?

I'm a Humaworm convert; I've been so impressed with the products and how they're helping both humans and dogs in our family so before I post this question, I should make it clear that I have no intention of switching to another brand now that I found something which works so well LOL :)

However..... I like to research and found some photos of what people have expelled using another brand of colon cleanser. They seem to suggest that these "things" might be chunks of dead, decaying intestinal tissue which they body was unable to eliminate.

I know cells are constantly being regenerated, but 2-foot long chunks like this? Could that be possible?

What do you think this is? There are a lot of similar photos on their photo gallery.
