I did the castor oil flush

Hello,

I did the castor oil flush yesterday with 3.5 table spoons of oil and same amount of orange juice.

Well i found it very mild. I felt some heat in the bowels. And of course i had to go twice or so to the toilet. After that i took a coffee enema. But no stones came out.

According to the info on Castor oil flushes one should only do it once a month. Is this correct? Actually i would like to do it every week at least. And with more oil.

Is there anyone here who has lot of experiences with castor oil flushes, and can help me around?
