I have 2 bottles of Nature's way Charcoal> I must use up.
I think after reading JMs post that i had a bit of lead dump. that's what the heat was last night...no, it wasn't a hot flash but could of been something dying though. it sometimes feels that way too but today i felt a passing nauseaus feeling better after vit c.
the stuff you learn around here if you stick around is priceless.
this is beyond, beyond....
the doctrine, alchemy, frequency, scalar and its all helping.
besides the metal dumping at times i get a feeling that i've gotten rid of a lot of parasites. anyone else feel that?
not sayin I'm done but my intuition feels like I really made progress this last week, especially with all the add ons.
