After reflecting upon the irony of this statement, complete with the 15 question marks no doubt pounded out in some sort of primal frustration, I have decided not to offer a detailed comment.

But I do thank beyond67 for submitting that link. It shows how easy it is to find more information if one is so inclined, as opposed to just complaining that they do not see any solutions.
