can a flush be dangerous

Hi new to forum i had pain in my side went emergency room had blood test for liver and all fine then had an ultrasound and have to waite 2 weeks for results all symtomes look like stones sharpe pain on and off and was wondering if a flush is in order and can it be dangerous if its not stones at all .im 37 never been sick or had an operation and what is the best flush to do thankyou
