Do the 1 month supply - wait 90 days and see how you feel. If you start to feel bad or sluggish or the symptoms have started to creep back - then do another 1 month round of HUMAWORM.

If you still feel good - then you can wait 150 days (5 months) before doing another HUMAWORM.
