I have really bad skin (psoriasis, acne, etc.) and am underweight. The more I eat (especially dairy) the worse my skin gets. I've done about 8 Liver Flushes now every 2 weeks, but can't say it's made much of a difference. I have 2 questions:
1) Recently, I've been taking several tablespoons of OO (Olive-Oil) every day to increase my fat intake. Would doing this in combination with the Liver Flushes put too much stress on my body?
2) My goal with the flushes is to eliminate my allergies to dairy. I am trying to go vegetarian and know I won't have the strength for it without being able to take milk, cheese, etc (last time I tried I lost 15 lbs and was very weak) Is this a realistic, achievable goal?
