Re: + edits/additions - For believenatural/Samira ~!~ Info Bomb Thinks n' Thoughts ~!~

Dear Uny,

I remembered you said you prefer to answer questions in the forum so everyone can benefit from it so I am posting this here even though you have already received it as a PM too.

===========================================================

Dear Uny,

I read your post 3 times already and made notes of all the things I need to order (before I order if you do not mind I will send you the list in case you want me to order more of one thing) and the thins I need to do. There are still few links I have to read but the information so far is FANTASTIC.

After reading your post, now I am more worried for my daughter than for myself. She is always constipated (and I do not mean less then 3BMs a day = constipated). I mean even with milk of magnesium, 12 ozs of juices and lots of fruit a day, she only goes once if we are lucky. We tried the IF#3 from Dr. Schulze but it did not work. We kept increasing the dosage but no luck. I am wondering if I can give her the IF#1 mixed in a smoothie. She does not drink milk (we thought the constipation was due to the cow milk), but she loves to drink "milk" so we give her almond milk. She loves kefir so she is getting enough probiotics (I hope). She has every day a homemade soup my Mom makes with oat, lots of herbs, vegetables and home-made chicken broth...

She is a very healthy child who does not get sick but her BM has made my Mom and I crazy. It looks like she does not want to push...

If you have any suggestions please let me know. We try to give her vegetable juices (one day she drinks 3 glasses of cattor/parsley/....the next day she turns her nose and she refuses to drink it) and she loves grapefruit juice but as you know it is very hard to make a toddler eat what she does not want. I do not know if it is relevant but just like when I was a kid, she has terrible sweaty palms.

Again, thank you for your magnificent post.
Have a good night
Samira

BTW: The only thing I would be sad to depart from is my kefir. After I do the cleansing, can I go back to it? How about Kombucha?
