Excess carbs and not enough fat.

If a carnivore type eat more saturated fats, if a vegan type eat more olive oil, coconut oil etc. Carbs burn up fast and leave a person craving more and are very disruptive to insulin levels. Good fats burn slower,moderate hunger and are good for insulin balance.
