Re: The Safety Issue For Ionic Footbath Do-It-Yourselfers..

I found some kind of plastic dodad (great description huh?) at the Goodwill store today that had slits in it to hold my stainless steel plates upright in the bath water. I cut it up to take up less space in the water and secured it between 2 pieces of 1" wide wood and long enough to go across the container. To keep the whole thing from moving, I drilled one small hole in the container and one hole in each long piece of wood that is holding the platic piece that holds the plates and then wired it together.. I took one part of the slit platic to hold the bottom of the plates and another one to hold the top. It's all in the middle of the container and my feet are beside the plates. It works great.
I found that having the plastic container away from me causes my feet to slant in such a way as to allow free flow of whatever may be detoxing from my feet.
This time I just used the polarities in one position the whole time and had basically the same results as when I changed the polarities the other day. There did seem to be more black stuff (not flecks)than at other times. Still a lot of red stuff.
What are your different results due to the changing of the polarities Ladylove?
