VINEGAR HAS THE AMAZING ABILITY TO DISSOLVE CALCIUM
(AND OTHER MINERALS) AND HOLD IT IN SOLUTION, READY
FOR YOUR INGESTION AND ASSIMILATION.
A TABLESPOON OF
THIS VINEGAR WILL SUPPLY ABOUT 150-200 MG CALCIUM.
TAKEN BEFORE OR WITH YOUR MEALS, THIS VINEGAR
INCREASES THE DIGESTIBILITY OF THE
MINERALS IN YOUR ENTIRE MEAL.
Completely fill a
quart jar with one or more of these
calcium-rich herbs. Use only fresh plant material.
Pour apple cider vinegar over the herbs until the jar
is full. Cover with a plastic lid (or place plastic
wrap over the jar before adding a metal lid) and let
sit for six weeks.
Use this calcium-rich vinegar as a refreshing drink
before meals by mixing a tablespoon in up to a cup of
water. For the hardy, and those in need of iron, add
a tablespoon of molasses. (Adds 150 mg more calcium
too).
Also great added to soups and bean dishes, and as a
salad dressing.

*I'm not sure I'd do the bones, though I might do the eggshells. My mother made some of this in a funky old jar years ago when my son was a boy, and though the jar looked rather evil (rusted lid), I used to catch him sneaking swigs of the stuff. I kept it in the fridge. Have to say, it was delicious, and makes a great addition to wilted greens. (pan-wilt in a little coconut oil)
