The article is just a piece of the puzzle. It is probably somehow related to ML's EM energy theory. I wish I could find something really good about it.

The way I understand ML's EM theory is that the reaction of the bonding of an acid with an alkali, which create heat or photons or EM is transformed back to matter by the body. The closest to it I fond so far is the concept of bio-photon. There is also this post http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1309109#i about quantum biology, that I have put a while back. I have a few things about bio-photons that I will eventually post.

I strongly suspect that ML's EM transformation by the body theory comes from Reams or RBTI.

As for the high brix, I won't dare to speculate.
