Chicken breast is one of the healthiest when cooked the right way and at the same time it is packed with protein. Grill it, bake it in the oven, or even do a simple stir fry with veggies. Protein shakes/powders are good, I would only recommend to not use/drink it often. Although it is 100% whey protein, the body digests and absorbs protein and nutrients when it comes from solid food. Not saying protein powders are not good, just bad if you replace meats with it.
