Flush Nr.9 - Report + picture

Hello,

Just to report the result of my last flush.

It was a very good one!

I made it quite easy, didn't have time for the preparation (no 5 days of apple juice or malic acid). But I bought the malic acid in the pharmacy for the next time.

I shook plenty of times the olive oil/grapefruit mixture and it was very easy to take and then very easy to absorb by the body.

For the rest, I only ozonised the olive oil for about 20 minutes and put some Walnuß tincture in it. Short before I also took a high coffee enema.

Everything went like in the manuals: no pain, no discomfort and feeling great. Not tired or anything. Actually, the day of the flush (yesterday) till some time before retiring I was cutting the grass of my garden.

Today (the day after) I also feel energetic and good.

The fact that I did it in the ideal day of the moon cycle (April 08, the new moon) has probably contributed to the success.

In addition, this time I let a month in between flushes and I think that was good in my case; the previous flushes were a bit too close together and I felt my body didn't really have time to recover.

I'm amazed to still see about 100 stones coming out. Imagine how much bile and energy can they block when inside the bile ducts. No wonder they produce allergies and all kind of diseases.

The pain in my shoulder never came back after disappearing in my 6th lever flush, and I have gained complete movement in it. For what my goal now is to heal the allergies.

Flushing is becoming easier and easier and less time consuming, the body gets accustom to the procedure and cooperates.

Tomorrow I'll take a high camomile enema and... I'm looking forward the next flush till I see no stones (in at least 3 flushes in a row).
