I just picked up some raw greens powder and would like to make only 1 super healthy beverage in the morning. If I used the greens powder and acv in the same drink, would the acv damage the greens? Sometimes I won't finish said beverage for a couple of hours, it's not something I down in 30 seconds, I take it to work and sip for the first half of my day. I also add a shot of a liquid multivitamin. What do you think, am I getting all my nutrients intact, or is the vinegar damaging them?
