Now; I take 100 mg of Lugols 3-5 days of the week

Borax; I make capsules myself; take one or two per week,
I never took boron as it is illegal in my country (well; in therapeutic dosage ) I took multi minerals prior to my Iodine / borax journey with 3 mg of boron; never made a difference with my candida condition; so I really dont know.

It is difficult to say if only Iodine would have worked in my case; my candida condition was quite severe. I was resistant to all known medical anti fungals.

I believe they work well together; latest on a bunch of roses I received the other week; still standing strong after 8-9 days in borax - Iodine water. just a drop of each.
