I think part of it was the use of the birth control pill. I have stopped that a couple of months ago and hope to never touch that again!!! The yeast infections started about a half a year after starting the pill (had never had them for almost 30 years before).

The other weird thing is I got mono. around the time of the yeast infections starting.

But no antibiotics for a very long time.
