All chemotherapy is poison that effects the liver, heart and immune system-sometimes irreversibly. Radiation actually causes cancer. Surgery is invasive and carries it's own risks if it's even an option. Properly monitored, cesium chloride can be as good an option, if not better, than other cancer treatments.
