Sheep Ticks, had one?, but not lymes?

I am just curious about sheep ticks, because I was wondering if there is a connection between them and the onset of candida in some people.
Around 6 years ago I had a sheep tick attached to me, which I did not know about until my skin became severely inflamed.
So, I wonder, how many of you Candida sufferers have ever had one too, at some point? I ask because I can sort of trace the start of my candida problems from about that time.

As a side note, my neighbour who has kept sheep for many years, had Lymes disease years and years ago. She removes about 30 Ticks a year from herself!!!! anyway, she does not have candida.
