Start reading labels and avoiding soy protein. Soy protein can not be digested well by some people and goes into the bloodstream along with other debri from the body.
Take enzymes and probiotics as much as you need.
Take zinc pills.
Rinse your mouth and throat with Hydrogen Peroxide. It will kill old bacteria that cause bad breath.
Food with soy lecithin and soybean oil can be eaten because they have been strained from the protein.
At least that is my case, and that is how I am helping myself with it.
