There are quite a few things you may try

Do you have an enema kit, if so this is the first thing to do.

Since you seem to have psyllium stuck in there start with 3 table spoon of oil.

1/2 hour later
Put one spoonful of salt into a cup of water. Stir - drink all of it. BOth the oil and the salt flush are ways to provoke an immediate bowel mvt (BM).

Because your bowels are stuck due to psyllium - and psyllium

If you do not get a bm one hour later, take 3 big glasses of water.

DO NOT EAT until you get a bm - keep drinking when you feel hungry. The digestive enzymes will be pushed down the intestine and will help erode the stuff that blocks the passage.

Massaging your tummy, with you hands or simply by blowing out all the air in your lungs and pushing in your tummy will also help.
