Re: Diet before liver flush

There are some people that will do a no-fat diet several days before a flush. There are also others that eat nothing but green apples a few days before they flush. I ate bland food the day OF my flush. Then the next day, I ate whatever I wanted to, but it was usually something light because I wasn't hungry.
