Hi, I am looking into growing sheep sorrel but I have found little information on how much growth I can expect in the first year. Can you help me? I grow organic botanicals and have someone interested in me growing sheep sorrel for tea, but I have no idea how many plants to start. Do you know how much weight per plant that I can expect? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
