Re: Humaworm Day 15

I'm just past the 3 week stage and I've felt really bad since Day 2. Exhaustion, headaches, itchy skin, "stuffy head" (for want of a better term) have been the worst symptoms.

The worst thing has been the constant exhaustion... some days I cannot do much more than sleep and rest. Sleep and rest. More sleep and rest. I'll be relieved when this cleanse is over but it has worked so I console myself that the pain has been worth it.

The real test will be whether my health improves when I'm done, although I realise I may have to do some of the other cleanses too.
