Re: Not feeling well after flush

Do another flush.

Anytime you feel unwell after the liver flush, doing another flush as soon as possible (the next evening) usually fixes the problem.

There are 2 entirelly different kinds of "light colored stool".

Type 1 light colored stool: pale, clay colered or grey colored stool = sure sign of full blockage of bile flow. The color indicates that stool is bile free, or the amount of bile in stoll is too small to affect the color. Cause of the problem: Common hepatic duct or common bile duct or both are blocked.

Warning: If the blockage is not dealt with, and if the common bile duct is blocked below the pancreatic duct, the blockage may cause pancreatitis. Untreated pancreatitis may cause death.

Cure: Very simple, do another flush as soon as possible.

Type2 light colored stool: light yellow stool or sometimes even light orange = in this case there is too much bile, it often happens after liver flush, and usually, you don't need to do anything, it will case after few days.

In any case, I would get ready for the next flush, considering that you are not feeling very well.

But, the way you are feeling can also be a result of food poisoning. I don't know what you have eaten, but some people become extra sensitive after some flushes, and they react to things they usually woul never have problem with, like for example:
baked meat, food additives , preservatives , taste enhancing agents, artificial coloring, processed sugar, margarine, hydrogenated fats, aspartame, fried foods, strong spics, yeast extract ....
