Yes, I have been stressed out and sad lately. I guess that is it. I also started eating better, seems like that should make it easier for me to sleep though. But when I used to eat processed foods it would knock me out and make me feel tired all day. I am also obese.
Hum...I guess it's a combination of both stress and diet. Don't really know what to do, maybe it will pass when things get better.
