Re: Feeling cranky and moody after second week of Humaworm
Well, who am I to pretend I'm a doctor or something - but in my opinion, directly killing the parasites might be too hard on weakened people, and maybe you are in that category. I know - I get upset & feel "moody and short tempered", like you!! I do not feel it has to be this way.
A truly beneficial, mild, longterm bowel cleanse might be the way to go for you. I did the Holistic Horizons/Robert Gray bowel cleanse (you don't even have to use Part 2 of their kit - you can use some form of fiber other than psyllium*) years ago and it is l-o-n-g and slow and EFFECTIVE, including for creepy crawlies, which discharge after many weeks of faithful adherence.
Following 2-3 months of this program and then doing your liver flush would be great, from my viewpoint. It seems as if you have so many challenges and when you do, well, it is just my opinion, but heavy purges are not automatically the way to go.
It is true that for many people, merely bowel cleaning is not sufficient, but you still have to do it, together with the liver flush.
I hope I have been helpful. These are merely my opinions, except for the part about the effectiveness of the Holistic Horizons programme, which I have done. Most other programmes for the bowel are too fast for people with multiple sicknesses.

*Even Robert Gray himself stated that psyllium is hard on the guts and that is why he also formulated a product to encourage whatever few healthy bacteria you may have, to reproduce themselves. Here is his info:
