I thought it was either extreme die-off or too much of an herb or something. Anyway, I'll back down the dose.
Yes I think I'm quite toxic with metals, candida, and parasites. I have eczema but if I actively attack this thing with herbs and cleanses, then I develop other things like headaches, hives, irritability and insomnia. I can handle those but the earache was very new and painful so I got a little scared.
