Yeah, I didn't get too overjoyed with the 3 pounds off, I knew I was retaining some fluids anyway.

But still, it is encouraging. Better off than on.

I actually feel pretty perky today so far too. I think, so far, I love this cleanse. Of course, I'm not too far into it.

I've also started coughing up some phelgm as the day wears on, so things are already starting to move around.

Yeah, cool.
