any non-surgical/non-procedural help for water on the knee / knee effusion? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP?

i was in an accident and now my knee cap is sticking out and i can't put any pressure on it... there is no way at all i can have fluid procedurally drained from my knee ...does any one know of any ideas that might help my body reaccept the fluid? i am praying someone knows of something that can help... thank you to anyone trying to help! missy Tweet
